Last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Vetra Sauna Co Ltd through our online store.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Throughout these terms, “Vetra”, “Vetra Sauna”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vetra Sauna Co Ltd.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
Vetra Sauna supplies premium saunas, cold plunges and related wellness products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Images are intended to provide a representative view of our products. Natural materials such as timber may vary in colour, grain, texture and appearance.
Some website imagery may show products in illustrative lifestyle settings. Accessories, landscaping, furniture, steps, lighting, plants, buildings and other items shown in product imagery are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
Final dimensions, specifications, heater requirements, electrical requirements, capacity and other technical details may depend upon the product and configuration selected.
Where appropriate, these details will be confirmed before fulfilment.
3. PRODUCT SUITABILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for its intended location and purpose.
Before ordering a sauna or other substantial product, you should consider matters including available space, access, ground conditions, foundations or base requirements, electrical supply and any planning or other regulatory requirements that may apply.
If you are uncertain about suitability, please contact Vetra before ordering.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
Products can be ordered through our website.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or description error has occurred;
- we cannot deliver to the specified location;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
The applicable price, taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or otherwise communicated before you complete your purchase, as required.
Payment is normally taken when an order is placed through our online checkout.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Some Vetra products may be supplied or manufactured to order and may therefore have longer lead times than conventional parcel-delivered products.
Any estimated availability or delivery timeframe is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you and explain the available options.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery requirements vary considerably for saunas, cold plunges and other large products.
Delivery times shown or communicated are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will provide or confirm relevant delivery information when reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and informing us about access restrictions that could affect delivery.
This may include narrow roads, restricted entrances, steps, gates, low bridges, limited vehicle access or other obstacles.
Additional charges may arise where delivery cannot reasonably be completed because relevant access restrictions were not disclosed to us.
We will discuss any such charges with you where appropriate.
Risk in the goods passes in accordance with applicable law.
8. DELIVERY INSPECTION
Please inspect your product as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery.
If you notice visible damage, missing components or believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging should be retained and provided to us.
Reporting a problem promptly helps us investigate it with the relevant delivery or supply partner.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. INSTALLATION AND SITE PREPARATION
Unless expressly stated as included in your order, installation, site preparation, foundations, electrical work, plumbing, drainage, lifting equipment and other associated works are not included in the product price.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the intended site is suitable for the product.
Electrical, plumbing or other specialist work should be carried out by appropriately qualified persons where required.
Products should be installed and operated in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's instructions.
10. PLANNING AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for determining whether planning permission, building regulations approval, electrical certification or any other consent is required for their proposed installation.
Requirements can vary depending upon the property, location and installation.
Vetra does not provide legal, planning or building-control advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Your rights to cancel an order and return products are explained in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights.
12. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some products may be manufactured, altered or configured specifically to a customer's requirements.
Where a product is genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, different cancellation rights may apply.
Where this applies, we will make this clear before purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
13. FAULTY GOODS
Goods supplied by Vetra must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
If a product is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable legal requirements, please contact us.
Depending upon the circumstances and your statutory rights, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
14. WARRANTIES
Some products may carry a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.
The existence, duration and conditions of any additional warranty will depend upon the particular product.
Any manufacturer's warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
We will not advertise a particular warranty period unless it applies to the product concerned.
15. USING OUR PRODUCTS
Saunas, cold plunges and associated equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Customers should ensure that products are operated and maintained appropriately.
Nothing on the Vetra website should be regarded as medical advice. If you have concerns about whether sauna bathing, cold-water immersion or another wellness practice is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice before use.
16. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where you purchase as a consumer, we do not exclude or restrict liability in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer law.
17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, transport disruption, supplier or manufacturing disruption, industrial action, natural disasters or other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.
Where such circumstances materially affect your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable.
18. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Vetra name, branding, website design, written content and other materials belonging to Vetra Sauna Co Ltd may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
19. PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The terms applying to an order will normally be those in effect when the order was placed, subject to any changes required by law.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought that apply to you under applicable law.
